As the system starts operating, it is important to closely monitor results, understand where it is working well and where it needs adjustments, and use this learning to improve both the initial implementation and the preparation process for the following areas.

It reduces risk, allows errors to be corrected before having widespread impact, and builds practical knowledge within the company about what works in its specific reality.
