The challenge of technological innovation in companies
In many companies, data is distributed across multiple systems: CRM, billing, ERP, marketing platforms, support, and additional files. Each department works with its own data source, which requires frequent validation and manual data entry.
Data dispersion generates recurring problems: data duplication, operational errors, delays in execution, and difficulty in obtaining a clear view of the business. Even with investment in technology, processes remain flawed and dependent on manual labor.
When data does not flow automatically between systems, any attempt at innovation becomes limited. The company ends up managing technology instead of taking advantage of it.
