Product Specialist Pre-Sales

Product Specialist (Pre-Sales) to act as a liaison between the product, sales, and customer teams of our X-IMO and CrediDesk brands.

We are looking for:

A professional to act as a link between the product, sales, and customer teams, ensuring that the features and benefits of X-IMO CRM and CrediDesk are presented in a clear, distinctive way that is tailored to market needs. This role will be instrumental in increasing the conversion rate of qualified leads into customers and sustaining the company's strategic growth.

 

 

What you will do:

 

Support the sales cycle

  • Collaborate with the sales team in preparing and conducting product demonstrations
  • Analyze customer requirements and map functional solutions in X-IMO CRM and CrediDesk
  • Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals

 

 

Product Specialization

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the features, roadmap, and differentiation of each platform
  • Produce technical documentation and support guides (presentations, product sheets, FAQs)
  • Contribute structured feedback from customer interactions for product development

 

 

Training and Evangelism

  • Conduct initial training for new customers (onboarding)
  • Prepare content for webinars and commercial events
  • Represent the company in public demonstrations, trade shows, or presentations to strategic partners

 

Internal Alignment

  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure consistency between commercial messages and technical specifications
  • Support Product Management in identifying functional gaps and opportunities for improvement

 

 

Requirements:

  • Academic background in Management, Economics, Marketing, Computer Engineering, or similar areas
  • Previous experience in Pre-Sales, Consulting, Product Specialist, or Customer Success roles in SaaS solutions
  • Practical knowledge of the real estate and/or credit intermediation sector is highly valued
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Portuguese (PT) and English (minimum B2)
  • Presentation and negotiation skills in a business context
  • Analytical skills and a taste for solving complex problems with practical solutions
