Practical example: interoperability between X-IMO and CrediDesk
The interoperability between X-IMO and CrediDesk was designed to respond to a specific reality: real estate agencies that also act as credit intermediaries operate in two different regulatory frameworks, each with its own obligations.
The integration allows leads registered in X-IMO to be automatically transferred to CrediDesk, eliminating duplication of information and ensuring continuity in the process. This automation reduces administrative tasks and maintains consistency between the two areas of activity. The architecture was designed with a unidirectional data flow from X-IMO to CrediDesk. Sensitive data associated with the credit process remains exclusively on the intermediation platform.
In X-IMO, it is only possible to consult the status of the credit process, without access to any confidential or documentary information. This controlled visibility allows operational monitoring without compromising the legal separation of activities or the confidentiality requirements demanded by the Bank of Portugal.
In this way, interoperability reinforces efficiency and control, while maintaining functional segregation and data protection.
