Visitors are no longer just observers
Visitor profiles have evolved. There is greater familiarity with digital technology, greater age diversity, and a natural expectation of participation.
In an environment where access to information is immediate, simply reading a panel may not be enough to explain complex historical processes, archaeological contexts, or scientific phenomena.
The interactive experience allows visitors to become participants. Instead of just receiving information, they can explore it, delve deeper into it, and adapt it at their own pace.
This change does not diminish scientific rigor. On the contrary, it can reinforce it by allowing complex content to be presented at different levels of depth.
